Thursday, May 22nd Workout of the Day with the UCSC Women’s Cross Country Team 2 rounds: Tabata Squats 800m run Tabata Pushups 800m run Tabata Planks 800m run Great job Carina!!! The entire team ran all of their 800’s under 4 minutes and Carina ran most of hers under 3 minutes!  Amazing job ladies!! DON’T try this WOD.  It’s brutal.
