Flexible

Do you need to be more flexible? Flexiblility is possibly our biggest use-it-or-lose-it attribute. Does lack of mobility hamper you in any way? Lot’s of people are on strength, or running or muscle up, program. Why aren’t you on a flexibility program? Talk to a coach about getting your mobility up.

Rich and Camille Take Gold

It was the closest CrossFit Games in years, especially in the Men’s and the Teams’ divisions. A big congratulations to Alex M on his smoking 1:18 Grace today. He didn’t put the bar down once and never seemed to slow down. I think the only way for him to go faster in the future is to shrink down from 6’5″. That bar moved a long way very fast today. Coach Kayla also went sub two with 1:51.

Yeah Joanna

A while ago, Joanna set her sights on a bar muscle up. After every class, she worked on her pullup strength and the muscle up with a band. She was determined. And it paid off.
