Welcome Longevity

Hello CrossFit West and CrossFit Ready!

 

We have some very exciting news! Starting in 2016, our family is going to get a little bigger with CrossFit Longevity joining our community!

 

What this means for CrossFit West West/Ready:

 

– A bigger community of like-minded individuals, striving to become as fit as possible.

 

– Some more class additions to our morning schedule!

(8ams across the board!)

 

– Classes with double coaches to help classes run smoothly.

 

What this means for Longevity members:

 

– Access to all our CrossFit classes at BOTH CrossFit West, and CrossFit Ready!

 

– Access to all our Mobility classes at BOTH CrossFit West, and CrossFit Ready! (See schedule below)

 

– Access to our specialty specific programs! (Olympic lifting club, and Powerlifting Club)

 

– Coach Van Every teaching 6ams in the morning with our Coach Britt (Tuesday/Thursdays)

 

– Coach Tami teaching 5:30 classes Monday and Thursday with our Coaches!

 

– Over 20 MORE class time options for you to get your fitness on!

530pm – CrossFit (+ Coach Tami on Thursdays)

This will be our set schedule starting this Monday (Jan 4th, 2016), for ALL of January! Our 7am class will continue throughout January at CrossFit West, but will be reevaluated at the end of the month. If the class average doesn’t increase through January, we will have to cancel our Monday/Wednesday/Friday 7AMs!
