Please note, we will be closed at our Ready location on Saturday August 8th. West opens these classes to those outside of the West and Ready community as an opportunity to workout in remembrance. For this event we will charge no drop in fee, but just ask you donate to the 31Heroes project. (Link here). We will run this workout in teams of 2 (any combo, guy/guy. Lady/lady. Lady/guy.) If you do not have any CrossFit experience, that’s okay, we will appropriately scale for you. We promise no matter what work you do, it will be hard and pretty awesome. This is an amazing opportunity to come together as a community and do one of the things we do best. . . support each other. Support our community and the men and women who serve it, and defend it for us. ”

– Partner 1 performs the workout listed above. Partner 2 runs 400m with a sandbag or plate. When Partner 2 returns from the run, Partner 1 will grab the sandbag or plate, and begin their 400m run, while Partner 2 continues the workout where Partner 1 left off.
