If you’re a total CrossFit web nerd like me, you probably spend a lot of time browsing the internet.  You likely visit various CrossFit sites to check blogs, looks at pictures, and see what the workouts are.  Perhaps you do Google searches, looking for forums offering interesting topics related to fitness and weightlifting.   There’s a good chance you have various journal videos downloaded in different windows ready to watch just as soon as you finish shuffling through all of the individual athlete blogs that seem to be wildly popular.  And obviously, these are all saved in your bookmarks- and even though you should be getting work done (after all, you are sitting at your work cubicle) you make the endless loop periodically all throughout the day.
