One of the biggest obstacles to really getting everything you can out of CrossFit, especially in the nutrition department, is a significant other who is apathetic, or, worse, hostile to CrossFit. On the other hand, the active involvement of your significant other in CrossFit can take your training to new levels. And, more than a few CrossFitters have met their mates at the local CrossFit box.
