TOP: Some of the “Team 6AM Mayhem” regulars, Steve C, Vanessa S, Brian S, Veronica T and Pete H, hit the AirDyne hard and fast during the second WOD of last weeks “Double-Day” programming. On the AirDyne…sometimes you gotta just put your head down and grind it out.
BOTTOM: Mike and Rick pursue virtuosity as both spend a little extra focus time in between sets working hard towards developing their Squat. The extra time they spend here will advance the development of their Squat far more than just by adding another 10# to the bar.  No matter how long you’ve been doing CrossFit or what your current mobility level is, it will ALWAYS benefit you to spend some extra time trying to really perfect your Squat and your understanding of it.   Once you feel you’ve “mastered” the squat, …take a step back, break it down and start it again.  It will serve you in ways you may not even be able to quantify.
