Clean 2RM
Do one power clean and then one squat clean.
Then:
Death by Clean and Jerk
Clean and jerk ladder 135/85
Do 1 c&j the first minute, 2 the second minute, 3 the third, 4 the fourth, and so on until you cannot finish the required number of c&j in the alloted minute. Rest 1 minute and the go back down the ladder.
