Workout of the Day with the UCSC Women’s Volleyball Team
5 rounds for time:
150m Hill Sprint (Cowell Hill)
20 Squats at the top, then walk down.
10 Pushups at the bottom.
Walking lunges on the track to the base of the hill.
Repeat 5 times.
