Graham, uneven kettlebell thrusters in the hot sun.
Whatever you call it–drink it. Hydrate or die. You don’t drink enough water. No, you don’t. I know you think you do, but you don’t. We all think we drink enough water, but we all don’t. Two liters a day is just the starting point for a CrossFitter. If you are doing more than just the WOD, or are training outdoors, or in the sun, or doing exhausting work, whatever, you need more water. A lot more. And I mean water, not sugary vitamin or energy or fitness drinks.
Remember, being truly fit is more than just big muscles or a fast Helen. Its about being truly healthy. Water, rest, diet. All the things that at first glance seem incidental to working out, these are the things that will break barriers and vault you over plateaus. Don’t neglect them.
End of sermon. Now go drink some water.
