Back In The Saddle

 

For whatever reason, I am having a harder time than usual getting back in the Paleo saddle after the holidays, and my mini vacation did not help. Sometimes it helps to have a little support.

Back Squat 5×2

add 5# from last week

Then:

5 Rounds on a 5 minute interval

200m Run

40 Double Unders

20 Burpees

10 Overhead Squats 135/95#
