Bike to the Gym Day

The joys of prowler sprints on the turf can only be experienced to be understood.

This Monday is a holiday, Labor Day.  Since most people don’t have work that day,  I am officially designating it Bike To Gym Day.  Take a break from the car, the road, the traffic, the talk about the economy on NPR, and enjoy the wind in your hair (don’t forget to wear a helmet, just ask Morgan). It’s a great warmup for your workout and great active recovery after. We will be providing free coffee in the morning for everyone who bikes to CrossFit West Santa Cruz on Monday.

Reminder: only the 9am, 12 noon, and 5pm classes are being offered on Monday due to the holiday.

Do 1 pullup on the minute the first minute, 2 pullups the second minute, 3 the third minute, and so until you cannot do the required number of pullups in the required amount of time.
