Happy Birthday to Kyle B, aka the Bazooka. He turns 23 on the last day of the year. Kyle came with me to CF West Santa Cruz from the old HQ in Soquel, where we both used to train in Amundson and Highbarger’s classes. Kyle is a national level judo competitor as well as being an old CrossFit hand, and I am very pleased that he decided to train with CFWSC when the old HQ closed. On another note, Kyle is responsible for the excellent pullup structure that we have all spend many hours enjoying.
Speaking of birthdays, this Friday is Kyle H’s birthday. Please come join us Friday at 4PM for a birthday WOD of his choice and discover what his black black heart has in store for us. Friday at 4, all are welcome.
