CrossFit West Santa Cruz has a lot of bumpers. Thousands of pounds. When a lot of people lift heavy often, you need a lot of weight on hand. But those bumpers have a tendency to migrate and kind of take over the front of the gym. Thankfully PJ came up with a nice little guide to the bumper stacks which is posted right above the anti-bacterial wipes (clean your barbell!) and right below the clock. Please make sure to stack the bumps according to this plan. Thanks folks.
