Calling all guest writers!   That means you CFWSC peeps!  You guys and gals were such a hit when we posted your Paleo testimonials and now we want to give the people more of what they want.  They want to hear from you.  Many of you have awesome success stories, cool hobbies that CrossFit transfers over to in your real lives, or just some in depth knowledge on cool topics that the rest of us might not know much about.  And we want to hear it.  If you’ve got a cool idea for a post, a topic you’d like to write about, something you think is important to share, and you want a moment on your soap box send it on over to me.  I’ll feature it right here on CrossFitWest.com!
