Calories or Burpees

One thing about being a CrossFit trainer is that you are involved in a never-ending quest to make people to simply eat better. There is a boatload of crap out there available to eat, but a big step has been listing the calories next to each menu item. The hard part for people, however, is understanding just what those calories mean for you body, both the amount and what kind of calories they are. I came across this great meme that would really make eating choices much simpler and easier to understand. Not to mention hit home. Enjoy.

Workout:

Weighted Pullup 1RM

Max Distance Handstand Walk

Then:

AMRAP in 10 Minutes

10 Pullups

10 Push Press

10 Sumo Deadlift High Pull

M=75#, W=55#

Finisher:

5 Rounds

:30 Row for max meters

Rest :60 between each row effort
