I’m thinking after day 2 of the CF Football Cert that maybe we’ve been a bit too lax in the discipline department here at CF West.  Sam, Cliff, Kyle, Jason, what do you think?  Four position squats for the whole class for dropping bars or not using the hook grip?  People will be praying that Daniel isn’t in their class if we implement that rule. 

In all seriousness day 2 did not fail us in delivering tons of excellent training information that will not only further benefit our athletes, but will throw a new, fun and exciting twist into our already constantly varried training for everyone.  I can honestly say that this was one of the most enjoyable and informative certs I’ve been to.  I would say that the entire staff agrees, but Cliff can only get beat so many times by a girl in a race before he decides it’s not fun anymore. 

Oh, and you guys can point and laugh when you see us all hobbling around in physical pain this week.  We won’t take it personally.
