CrossFit West long time member Ben L sent this update from school on the east coast where he is a champion sailor and a member of of the national team feeder crew. Good luck, Ben, and we will see you when school lets out in the summer.

I keep up with the blog daily and stick to the posted wods. The sailing season is just firing up out here. This past weekend we spent a day on the water in sleet and single digit temperatures. My boat was a great deal faster than the rest, again I attribute this to my CrossFit training back home and following the blog at school.
