Chris is Leaving

We are sad to see Chris leave CrossFit West, but we are happy for what the future has in store for him. Chris has received a great opportunity to further his career as a trainer.

“It is with great sadness that I write this post, but as some of you may know I am moving on from CrossFit West. This was by no means an easy decision for me, but I have accepted an offer to advance my career in the fitness industry. CrossFit West has been a huge part of my life over the past four years and I consider everyone here as part of my family, so please know this was not an easy decision for me to make. I am comforted by the fact that West is in good hands. Daniel, Nico Scott and Sean have done an amazing job in the last month and I only see bigger and better things down the road for the West community. Thank you for all the memories, the laughs, the ginger jokes and the inspiration each and every one of you have given me on a daily basis. I will cherish all of these memories and although I will no longer be your coach at West, I will always be available for a brodown throw down AKA a workout!! So please stay in touch.”

– Chris

What does that mean for West?

– We will continue to run our CrossFit teens program on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 3:45 pm by Daniel J.  Daniel has been coaching teens/kids for over 7 years.  Three of those years were dedicated to coaching teens/kids in organized sports (basketball, soccer, and football) and an additional 4 years to teaching teens/kids the fundamentals of CrossFit.

– All of Chris’s classes will be covered by our amazing coaches and owners of CrossFit West.
