What strategies do you use to get ready for a big lift or a particularly tough workout? If you walked into class tomorrow and saw “Karen” or “Fran” programmed on the board what would you do to prepare yourself mentally? Often times some of the world’s greatest athletes are asked similar questions. Now while their answers may be slightly different in description they are usually always the same in content. They all know they can do it. CrossFit is not only “forging elite fitness” but it is making people a lot more mentally tough than they may have thought they were.
