Contrast Showers

The PM crew, post WOD. Great work, guys.

Contrast showers. Never a dull moment with them, but admittedly not the most pleasant of activities. However, they work. Water on hot, then really cold. Hold for several minutes and then repeat a couple of times. End on cold. Remember, screaming will not attract the kind of attention you really want while in the shower.

Workout:

AMRAP in 20 Minutes

5 Power Cleans (go heavy; something around your 3 rep max)

10 Pushups

7 Pullups (get the chest to the bar)

200m Run
