It is now officially one week before the 2014 CrossFit Open officially begins. This time next week hundreds of thousands of your fellow CrossFitters will have found out what the first Open WOD is and we will each be obsessively analyzing it. When should I do it? What’s the best strategy for the WOD? How many times should I do the WOD? The awesome thing about all this hype and excitement is that we get to experience it with each other. For the same reason regular CrossFit classes are as fun as they are, because of the community, the Open provides a sort of community within a community. The Open is for everyone and I guarantee you will be very happy you did it.
