Couple benefits of interval training

Yes some repeats! Grab a partner, hit it..Let them go… Rest… Recover.. Do it again!  Our first conditioning peace will be 400m repeats, followed by a heavy shoulder to overhead with a lot of rope climbs (Bring a sleeve!!)
