The Paleo Challenge 3.0 retesting continues with the CrossFit Total. Combining the back squat, strict press, and the deadlift, the Total is the purest test of limit strength in CrossFit. The back squat will also be the first 1RM we have done in three months as our current squat program comes to a end.
