Don’t forget, next Thursday Jan. 9, at 6:30pm, is the first class of our new Barbell Club program. Spots are limited and there may only be a couple left so hurry up and email our very own in house power lifting badass Leah Lutz to sign up ([email protected]) Basically, Leah is strong. She knows strong. She will get you strong.

Also, next Monday, Jan. 6, at 6:30 (the 6:30p class will be cancelled), is our informational kick-off meeting and potluck for our 2014 Get Fit Challenge. The holidays are over and it’s now time to dial back in the nutrition and training. This 8-week nutrition and training contest is a great way to help motivate us get back on track. You must attend this meeting in order to participate. Please bring a dish to share. If you are unable to make the Monday night meeting, we will be hosting another Get Fit Challenge meeting and potluck at our sister gym, CrossFit Watsonville, the very next day, Tuesday Jan. 7 at 6:30.
