No, I’m not talking about 13.3’s Double-Unders. Tiphanie G. has been tenaciously working on her Muscle-Ups. Specifically; on trying to link two of them together for a “Double.” Needless to say, with a little consistency and concerted effort, she recently conquered that goal and can now successfully string together doubles! Great work Tiphanie!! …I’m sure “Triples” aren’t far off. 😉

Congratulations to David Millar, Chris Moore and PJ Rubel who achieved the highest Men’s scores for 13.2, and Brooke Ence, Erica Barnum and Alicia Bailey who achieved the highest Women’s scores.  Their efforts helped CrossFit West Santa Cruz move up from 7’th overall in NorCal after 13.1, to Sixth overall after 13.2.  Big props to EVERYONE who threw down on 13.2!  Your effort and your energy helped motivate everyone around you!
