 The following is a Face Book conversation between CF Westers after Tuesday night’s workouts.  Just another reason we all love CrossFit!  CrossFit West that is!

 

Anna Lutz I don’t want to do another 40 minute crossfit workout for a long time 🙂 That was ridiculously hard.

5 rounds of 400 meter run and then 5 hang squat cleans, 10 pullups, 15 pushups, 20 20 inch box jumps all times 2. We had a maximum time limit of 40 minutes and out of about 14 people only 3 or 4 finished in that limit 🙂
