Now that is flexibility. Andy Hug, RIP.  I fought him in Tokyo in the early nineties.  I lost, and, yes, it did hurt.

You need to stretch. Seriously. It is one of the CrossFit Ten Attributes of Fitness, it feels really good, and it will help you pick up girls in bars. Well, maybe that last one isn’t true, but flexibility is its own reward. So stretch.

Congratulations to CFWSC trainer Derek on his deadlift PR of 455# today. That is no joke strong. Derek has been doing the Starting Strength program for the past month and it looks like it is really paying off for him.
