Now that the weight has become heavier, approach the bar with confidence. Nothing changes in regards to form and technique as load increases, only thing is you must now become more conscious and reenforce the key points!
-Bar resting on your shoulders.
– Elbows pointed directly ahead.
– Feet in the proper squat distance.
– Before the descend, a nice big breath!
– At the very bottom and aggressive drive up with the elbows engaging the drive to the sky.
– Hit the PR bell!
