At West Fitness our mission is to provide a top-of-the-line fitness facility comprised of qualified and invested Coaches in a fun, safe, and effective training environment.

Our Programming is effective and scalable for all regardless of age or ability. We are professionals in personalizing the programming for your specific needs or goals.
Our facility is unlike any that you will see in town. We have optimized our location on Carriker Lane to give you a gym experience above the rest. We are organized, clean, and offer many different amenities:
- Kids room with Netflix
- 1 shower
- 2 restrooms
- Over 40 class times each week to choose from
- Open gym hours
- Kids strength and conditioning classes
- Gymnastic class
- Weightlifting class
This a tested and proven hybrid program, fusing Olympic Lifting with Powerlifting! The goal will be to get stronger, improve form & technique, and have that carry over with the Clean and Jerk and Snatch.
Registration for each cycle is capped to provide lots of movement feedback and individualized programming from your coach and to foster great camaraderie with your fellow lifters.
The classes run in 8-week cycles, on Monday and Wednesday from 5:30 – 6:45pm.
$175 for current members. $275 for non-members.
