As humans we get stronger by learning how to lift weights properly. We squat, deadlift, press, snatch and clean and jerk. We do it all to increase our work capacity across broad times and modal domains. We do it because it is fun to record our numbers and then train and hope for bigger numbers in the future. We do it because we have found it to be the best thing for our bodies. We know it takes tons of hard work to get where we want to be but it’s the community that keeps us motivated. We are CrossFitters and we have all found a really fun way to better ourselves physically, mentally and spiritually!

Workout:

Every 30 Seconds For 10 Minutes Perform

1 Deficit HSPU or 1 Press

Then:

OTM for 10 Minutes

30 Meter Sprints in 10 Meter Segments

3 Barbell Thrusters

(Try to increase the ;oad on the thrusters each minute)
