While CrossFit's methodology of high intensity constantly varied functional movement is what sets it apart from other fitness regimines, it's the community of people all supporting each other that in my opinion has the greatest affect on people. In this picture Tan is fighting for his last couple reps of the workout while everyone else stands around and cheers him on. Pretty cool if you ask me.
