Intimidation

Today, as we were preparing to do “Karabel”, Kyle remarked how nervous he was. I was more than a wee bit nervous myself. Derek did the main site’s WOD, “Mr Joshua”, and I could see in his eyes before hand how jittery he was.

Does your workout intimidate you? If it doesn’t, maybe it’s time to do a harder workout. Something that ignites a little fear deep in your belly. It’s good to be a little scared of your workout. It pushes you a little harder. It drives you a little further. It also makes you realize that this is powerful stuff. And the completion of it makes you grow a little more.
