“Every activity, chore, project, and exercise we attempt deserves our best effort. From a task at the office to our daily workout, we should always aim to give everything we try our best shot. Workouts that we really put ourselves out for are a lot more satisfying and, ultimately, a lot more productive. The harder we work every step of the way, the quicker and more efficiently we’ll reach our goals.
“By demanding more from ourselves on a regular basis, we’ll get more out of ourselves when we really need it. By giving 100 percent when we practice, we’ll be able to play to our potential when, and if, we compete. And by giving our all on the field, in the gym, on the court, or in the pool, we’ll be setting a good example for others, inspiring them to find activities that are right for them.
