3 rounds of “Barbara” (aka “Barbie”)

20 Pullups

30 Pushups

40 Situps

50 Squats

“Barbara” is 5 rounds with 3 minutes rest in between rounds.  Try it if you’re up for the challenge! Otherwise, do 3 rounds with 1 minute rest between rounds.
