Costco Run!
Part 2 (of 3): Carbs
‘Tis the season for fresh produce! Not only does Costco keep stepping up their game with a wider variety of fruits and vegetables, but it seems to keep a long time (which is what you want if you are buying in bulk). The other benefit to buying your fruits and veggies in bulk is you are forced to eat them! BBQ, bake, roast, saute, spiralize, blanch, broil, steam your veggies (or to hell with it! Eat ‘em raw!), and take advantage of the time we have to munch on delicious, sweet, juicy fruit!
