Who’s excited about our 2013 Paleo Challenge? I know I am. Many of you may not know this but I spent the last month and a half visiting Charlie Wonka at his Chocolate Factory. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would have stayed longer but once I started to feel like a Umpa Lumpa I decided it was time to part ways. Until next year of course. Now it’s time to dial it in and the Paleo Challenge is a great motivator. Even if you don’t want to do the challenge you should still come to next Thursday’s kick-off meeting. It will be a great opportunity for you to learn a couple of things about what eating paleo really means and it’s a potluck so there will be lots of yummy food! I’m looking forward to seeing all of you there!
