Workout:

OverHead- Squat:   Warm  up  to  bodyweight,  then  make  3  attempts  at  max  reps  OH  Squat  at  bodyweight.   *If  80%  of  your  1RM  is  less  than  your  bodyweight,  then  do  this  at  80%  of  your  1RM  instead  of  at  bodyweight.

Then;

WOD  -­‐  5  Rounds:   10  Push  Press  (115/63)   10  Burpee-­‐over-­‐barbell   *No  racks  -­‐  bar  must  be  taken  from  ground  for  the  push  presses  and  then  burpees  are  done  over  your  bar.
