Skeletal alignment overhead is more than just the end point of proper range-of-motion or movement standard. It is the point where the body is the strongest, where the load can be borne most easily. Actually, that’s what proper range-of-motion means–taking the movement to the point where the body can most easily hold the position or the load. It is the same for a squat as a bicep curl.
