Morgan leads CrossFit West members in her Mobility class through some “little ball of pain” lacrosse ball work as they dig into some common trouble spots in the traps and scapula. Morgan’s distinguished Mobility class is steadily growing as word spreads as to how exceptionally good and effective it is.  Morgan has been studying and consistently working Mobility for years and has acquired rather extensive knowledge through her time and experience.  The great thing is, she is very good at effectively sharing that knowledge with anyone who wants to learn.  She genuinely wants to help us all improve our mobility, minimize our injury potential and maximize our athletic potential.  If you haven’t yet tried her Saturday class, I highly recommend you do so. It really is oh so good. …A bit painful, haha, but good! 😉
