Kaitie K got her first Muscle-Up during week-1 of our current Muscle-Up progression practice. It was a long time coming and she worked hard to get it. Since that first time, however, she hadn’t been able to get another one. Well, just this week she did three at the end of class and can now pretty much do them anytime she wants! (And they look super smooth too!) Great work, Kaitie! Bring on the Muscle-Up WOD’s! Ha!
