BOTTOM: I had to resort to some “extreme measures” to help Mikie D learn to keep his arms closer to his body while developing his Double-Unders, haha. I placed a very small stretch band designed for conditioning and agility work, though sometimes used for athletes who tend to land too wide in their catch on a Snatch or Clean, around his whole upper body and arms to help “pin” them to his body. Mikie, being a good sport about it, had no problem with trying it out as he is very determined to improve his Double-Unders.
