New Classes

CrossFit West Santa Cruz is offering new classes and new class times starting Monday, January 2nd.

NEW CLASSES:

Competition Class-Wednesdays at 5:30pm. This class is for the competitive CrossFitter. It will feature rotating coaches and focus on higher skill work and competitive workouts. It is as RX’d only, no scaling, and is open to anyone who is interested in competing at the local, regional, or national level. The prerequisite for the class is the ability to complete the benchmark workouts Diane and Fran.

Active Stretching and Mobility Class with Morgan-Monday at 6:30pm and Friday at 10:15am. This half hour class will feature active and static stretching, myo-fascial release such as foam and ball rolling, and other mobility and recovery techniques. Mobility is one of the key components to safe and efficient weightlifting, and athletic movement in general. This class is aimed at getting you more flexible and mobile.

New Class Times:

As of January 2nd, the evening class schedule will be Monday-Thursday 4:30, 5:30, 6:30, and Friday 4:30 and 5:30. All other class times will remain the same.

Workout:

AMRAP in 4 minutes

2-4-6 rep scheme
