New Endurance Class

Possibly one of the ugliest classes yet at CrossFit West. Some great times on the workout, though.

On Fridays for the 10am and 4:30pm classs, CrossFit West Santa Cruz will be putting two workouts on the board. Anyone at the 10am or 4:30 pm class is welcome to choose between the two workouts. The first will be the regularly programmed workout, but the second will be a long time domain workout culled from the CrossFit Hero WODs, CrossFit Endurance, or our own devilishly creative minds. The Endurance workout will be 30 minutes+ and will not be preceded by a strength/skill lift or movement as is usually the case. This is only happening in the 10am and 4:30 classes, so if you wants long, we gots it–at 10am and 4:30pm on Fridays.

Then:
3 Rounds of
10 Thrusters (95/65#)
10 SDHP (95/65#)

Finish:
30 Slam balls (40/25#)
