I was looking over some posts from the beginning of the year and I had a good laugh reading some of the CrossFit New Year’s resolutions.  What made me laugh was how many of them have already been met.  Here are a smattering of examples:

Jocelyn-qualify for CrossFit Games (#1 from NorCal baby!), sub 1:30 Grace

Cliff-Grace as rx’d, maintain Zone, 10 muscle ups

Golden-multiple muscle ups, sub 2:00 Grace

Vero-10 pullups

Jessica-rx’d WODs

Kyle-sub 2:00 Grace, double under proficiency

Sam-develop new trainers and help them get their Level 1 Certs

Ed-heal torn rotator cuff

There have been so many PRs and goals met that I know of, but these are straight from the Resolutions Comments.

Well, I think it is time for new goals, new resolutions.  CF West has gone through a lot of changes since those old goals were made, and now winter is over, we are in a great new box, and I think that a new chapter has begun.  Yes, it is time for new goals.

What are they, folks?  What are the CrossFit goals that you are setting for yourself for the end of the summer?

Please post to Comments.
