This Monday we will start our new strength program. As many of our older members know, CrossFit West Santa Cruz programs in 3 month sections, as we have for several years now. We have found that the combination of a well planned strength program and a constantly varied conditioning program produces excellent results, as well as maintaining the critical elements of fun and excitement.

Without spoiling any surprises, I can promise that this cycle will be rigorous and exciting, as well incorporating some new elements. It is guaranteed to end the year with a bang of PRs.
