We are adding a couple of new features to the CFWSC website. The first is an op/ed page for essays, articles, rants, and the like. So feel free to submit anything fitness or CrossFit related. Just send it to [email protected].
The second feature is a video page for superlative athletic achievements, efforts, and improvements. Some of the videos we have now are Kyle’s 230# OH squat, Jocelyn’s 193# front squat, Vyasa’s 12 muscle ups, and more. I plan on putting together some instructional videos as well.
Please help us out by submitting some original writings, rants, and essays, or suggesting a video that you would like to see (Ed’s incredible max reps 135# back squat in 1 minute, for example). Look for these new features to be up in the next couple of days.
