Back Squat Heavy Double (~85-90% 1RM)

10 Dips

Rest 2 Minutes between each couplet

Then:

AMRAP 5 Min:

10 Wallball (20/14)

Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

(Do 10 Wallballs at the top of each minute.  The remaining time is used for KB swings.  Your score is the number of KB swing reps.)
