New Years is around the corner, and with New Years comes resolutions. I challenge you all to make not one huge resolution that you stick with for a month or two, but monthly resolutions. For example:
January- I will learn how to do double unders. Or I will link 10 double unders in a row.
Set time each day to get you closer and closer to your goals. Make sure to minimize external factors or decisions that will hinder or take you further from your goals. To use the same example, are you always modifying your double unders in a workout? Have you asked a coach to look at them? Are you using the appropriate rope?
Lets set some personal goals/ resolutions, and knock them out!
