Lads go a'pressing and Rachel gets her first pullup.
It’s official! The Paleo Challenge has begun. Thanks to all who were able to make it to the Paleo dinner meeting Sunday evening. I’m very excited that so many have decided to take this on. It won’t be long before you all begin to reap the benefits of a clean diet and see how it will have a domino effect on all aspects of your life.
For those who did not get a chance to make it to the meeting, be sure to pick up a Paleo packet at the box this week, which provides official rules and information. Also, everyone who is involved in the competition needs to be sure to get their Helen, Grace, Max Pull Ups, and Max Deadlift done this week (if you have not already) and needs to get a “before” photo taken. THIS NEEDS TO BE DONE THIS WEEK!
We will have a follow up meeting Sunday the 21st at 5PM (two Sundays from yesterday). This will give us an opportunity to check in and see how things are going, tweak anything that needs tweaking, share recipes, etc.
The following people have signed up for the competition so far:
Gideon
Rachel
Jesse
Casey
Chris W
Nicole
Jason
Mike

If you want to be in the competition and are not listed here please let me know ASAP so I can get you on the list. Conversely, if you are on this list by mistake let me know.
Alright cavemen and cavewomen, let’s get this party started! Best of luck to everyone and remember you aren’t in this alone! This is the perfect opportunity to take on such a life change because you have support all around you. Please feel free to contact me anytime for support!
